Key Attributes: The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a strong ability to manage confidential information. Must demonstrate strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning skills, and be results-oriented while balancing various business considerations. Proficiency in organizational and computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite, is required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure exceptional internal and external customer service.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and complaints.
  • Supervise inspection and testing activities to maintain high productivity and technical integrity.
  • Provide technical and statistical guidance to teams.
  • Develop, document, and uphold quality control standards and objectives.
  • Align quality objectives with production processes in collaboration with other management.
  • Create and implement inspection criteria and procedures.
  • Communicate quality control philosophies to key personnel.
  • Oversee inspection activities throughout the production cycle.
  • Utilize total quality management tools for analytical and reporting processes.
  • Engage with vendors to ensure the quality of all purchased components.
  • Actively participate in internal Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Design and implement quality control training programs.
