Job SummaryThe IOP Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of our IOP and MAT programs, ensuring that clients receive exceptional care and support. This role requires strong leadership and clinical skills, as well as the ability to promote our agency and program mission, vision, and goals.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the IOP and MAT programs, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols, ensuring that clients receive evidence-based treatment.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Refers clients to supportive services to supplement treatment and counseling.
- Manage waitlists and promote the program to community agencies and stakeholders.
- Maintain HIPAA and confidentiality standards at all times.
- Exempt, Full-Time Position
- Independently Licensed in the state of New Mexico (LCSW or LPCC)

- Starting salary: $55,000-$60,000 depending on experience
