About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a seamless experience from scheduling to check-in.
  • Answer phones promptly, schedule appointments, and optimize patient flow to reduce wait times.
  • Prepare daily schedules for each provider, manage patient charts, and maintain a neat and orderly reception area.
  • Maintain professional relationships with referring offices, adhere to HIPAA confidentiality standards, and perform other related duties as assigned.
