Job Summary:
The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in our long-term care facility. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary care team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting resident interactions.
- Contribute to the assessment of residents and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Current LPN licensure in good standing.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
