Job Schedule: Part time
Weekly Hours: 5.3
Salary Range: $48.00
About the RoleThis part-time RN or LPN role includes 5.3 hours per week, with every third weekend off. The shift is 8 hours long and takes place in the evening. As a member of our care team, you will provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long-term care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to healthcare professionals as needed
- Administer medications or treatments as ordered
- Document resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary
- Counsel residents, family members, and/or resident advocates on prevention and treatment plans
- Develop a self-care program for residents
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges
