Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Resolution Manager to join our team at Orlando Health. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for resolving patient complaints and concerns in a professional and effective manner.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Resolves patient complaints and concerns through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Maintains accurate records of patient interactions and complaints.
  • Collaborates with various hospital departments to resolve patient concerns and improve overall patient satisfaction.
  • Provides exceptional customer service to patients, families, and hospital staff.
Requirements:Education/Training:

Associate's degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience (1:1 basis) in Customer Service.

Experience:

Two years of experience in a customer service setting, with strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.

Salary:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
