This role entails leading the installation of bespoke cabinetry and finish carpentry in residential environments. Key Duties:
- Oversee and direct the installation of custom cabinetry and finish carpentry on-site
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure precise installation and compliance with design
- Coordinate with team members, contractors, and clients to ensure timely and efficient project execution
- Install cabinets, doors, drawers, and hardware with meticulous attention to detail
- Execute finish carpentry tasks such as trimming, molding, and custom woodwork to uphold high craftsmanship standards
- Identify and resolve any issues that arise during installation, ensuring a flawless fit and finish
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in cabinet installation or finish carpentry, with leadership experience preferred
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Capable of leading a team and working independently when necessary

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capable of lifting and moving heavy materials (up to 50 lbs.)
