Unlock Your Sales Potential

We're seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our team at Lenox Roofing Solutions. As an Outside Sales Account Manager, you'll be responsible for developing a sales strategy to build new and expand current customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a competitive analysis to position our brand as the clear choice in the market
  • Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients, and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages
  • Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals
  • Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/revenue-generating activities
  • Convert 'no' into 'yes' by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points
  • Move sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel
  • Closing the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects
  • Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends
  • Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities
  • Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information
Requirements:
  • A consistent top performer in sales
  • Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven self-starter who loves contributing to team goals
  • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
  • Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience
Compensation:

$80,000+ at plan yearly
