Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory and Accreditation Specialist to join our team at Temple University Hospital. As a key member of our regulatory affairs team, you will be responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities and leading, managing, and executing regulatory and accreditation projects from conception through completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead projects to implement changes
  • Manage and execute regulatory and accreditation projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations
  • Develop and implement education and training programs to ensure staff understanding of regulatory requirements
  • Streamline policy and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (required)
  • 2 years of experience in healthcare or a regulatory-driven environment (required)
  • General experience with data analysis and reporting in an environment with significant regulatory requirements and oversight (required)
  • General experience making substantial contributions to large projects engaging cross-functional teams to successful outcomes (preferred)
  • General experience or training in Lean Six Sigma or Project Management (preferred)
