HVAC Technician Job Description

Rubico Acquisition Corp. is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance on existing systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues
  • Test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning correctly
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns
  • Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
Requirements:
  • Minimum of four (4) years' experience in two or more areas of HVAC systems maintenance and repair
  • State or Federal license or certification in respective areas or responsibility
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Ability to work well with co-workers and work as a team
  • Ability to work any day of the week and any shift
Physical and Mental Demands:
  • Ability to possess coordination and dexterity to work with power and hand tools
  • Ability to respond to visual and aural cues
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Ability to stoop, bend, jump, and carry heavy loads
