We are seeking a part-time Banquet Server to join our team at The Lodge at Geneva-on-the-Lake, located on the southern shore of Lake Erie. As a Banquet Server, you will be part of a dynamic team that contributes to the success of events such as luncheons, weddings, proms, business meetings, and other functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set tables and buffet areas for service
  • Accommodate all guests and address inquiries
  • Replenish buffet food, refill beverages, and remove dirty dishes from tables
  • Assist in additional tasks to facilitate a smooth and efficient service
Requirements
  • 18 years or older
  • Customer service oriented, positive attitude, and openness to learn
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to multi-task, work quickly, and efficiently in a high-volume fast-paced environment
  • Very organized with a strong attention to detail and effective communication
  • Possess basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand names
  • Available for part-time, on-call events that include nights, weekends, and holidays
