About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a fellowship-trained palliative care physician to join our established Hospice and Palliative Care program at a level 1 trauma center. As a key member of our team, you will provide compassionate end-of-life care to patients and families, collaborating with our interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consults in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including via telemedicine services
  • Collaborate with our advanced practice provider team to develop and implement patient plans of care
  • Participate in family conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient/family experience activities to drive excellence in palliative care
  • Supervise fellows, residents, and medical students to foster professional growth and development
