The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation therapy and experience in leading teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care that meets or exceeds established standards for cost, quality, member satisfaction, access, clinical outcomes, physician satisfaction, and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directs rehabilitation therapy services and programs to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care that supports strategic and business goals and achieves service excellence.
  • Develops programs to meet current and future needs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Reviews service performance, identifies areas for improvement, and implements changes to enhance services and quality outcomes.
  • Develops and implements policies and procedures for operations, including hiring, training, and managing clinical and non-clinical personnel.
  • Creates, analyzes, and maintains reports and statistics for administrative and regulatory purposes.
  • Develops and recommends service operating and capital budgets, ensuring that services operate within allocated funds.
  • Identifies and responds to member needs, managing resources to meet these needs.
  • Develops and implements performance improvement programs, monitoring and assessing program effectiveness.
  • Establishes and maintains communication with multiple departments, developing relationships with academic programs, the community, and other groups.
  • May provide direct patient care services as needed, ensuring ongoing professional development for self, clinical staff, support staff, and student affiliates.
  • Establishes a work environment that communicates and supports team performance and organizational goals and vision.
