Compensation

Our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are offered a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $45,000 and commission opportunities that average $81,000 per year.

About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative at Quilt Software LLC, you will play a key role in driving leads for our Sales team and overall revenue for the business. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Generating leads and vetting customers for the sales team
  • Initiating the first outreach with customers
  • Completing discovery calls with customers to understand their unique pain points
  • Determining which of our software solutions will best fit their business needs

What You Will Do

As a Sales Development Representative at Quilt Software LLC, your responsibilities will include:

  • Qualifying and developing leads for our software products
  • Cold calling customers to generate new business opportunities
  • Raising awareness to customers on the upside of industry-specific POS software
  • Scheduling product demos between Account Executives and customers
  • Completing accurate tracking of communication with potential customers
