Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at FPI Management. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our apartment homes, buildings, and grounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs to flooring, drywall, and appliances, as well as troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Conduct on-call and after-hours emergency services, responding to maintenance requests and ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Assist with unit turnovers, performing maintenance inspections and repairs to ensure proper operating conditions and appearance.
  • Maintain and repair equipment, including proper storage and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory inspections, including NSPIRE, MOR, TCAC, and CALFHA.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in residential property management.
  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate required; technical school and/or CAMT certification preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License and good driving record required.
  • Ability to wear a respirator and comply with FPI's facial hair policy.
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
