Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
  • Resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services
Requirements:
  • 2-year degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communications)
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support environment
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Advanced understanding of domain records and DNS settings
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Salesforce
