About the Role



The Customer Advocate is a pivotal position at Safelite, serving as the initial point of contact for customers. This role requires a highly organized and energetic professional who can deliver exceptional customer experiences through every interaction.



Main Responsibilities



Key duties include:




  • Welcome in-shop customers and address their concerns efficiently, often finding creative solutions.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and faxes related to service issues, pricing, warranties, and other customer inquiries.
  • Confirm and complete work order information, including insurance verification and additional parts.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as buyouts, invoices, and credit memos.
  • Review orders from the national contact center and manage dealer part orders and special accounts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements



To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in telephone operations or business administration.
  • The ability to provide world-class customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • A professional appearance and the willingness to wear personal protective equipment.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
