Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Operations Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a Front Desk Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and processing payments.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Monitor and maintain front desk operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Related work experience.
