Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and identify individual needs
  • Recognize and implement suitable nursing interventions
  • Deliver care tailored to the patient's condition and age
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of medical necessity in patient records
  • Oversee the completion and updates of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
  • Perform timely and precise Quality Improvement (QI) assessments

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
  • CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS certification preferred
  • CRRN certification preferred
  • Minimum of six months of Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care environment preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities

Salary range: $37 - $60 per hour. While this is the expected pay range for this position, certain circumstances may allow for variations.

We are accredited by The Joint Commission and CARF for our Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation Program and Stroke Specialty Program.
