Customer Service Manager, Insurance Operations

We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a seasoned Senior Operations Manager to lead our licensed agent contact program. This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, team performance, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced customer-centric environment.
About the Position:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive agent performance, quality, and efficiency metrics.
- Lead a team of Team Managers and agents to achieve performance goals and ensure high-quality customer interactions.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing operational efficiencies, workflow improvements, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in operations management in a multi-channel environment, preferably in a regulated or licensed environment.
- Strong understanding of licensing regulations and compliance in a contact center or customer service setting.
- Outstanding program and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Benefits:
- An estimated salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience.
