Position Overview:
As a Parts Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting both internal and external clients with their trucking requirements. This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to develop their skills and advance their careers in a supportive environment.
Compensation: $25.00/hr. (dependent on experience and skill set) + UNCAPPED Parts Sales Incentive Program
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Shift Premium: Additional 15% for hours worked from 5:00 p.m. to 5:59 a.m. on weekdays and any hours on weekends.
Work Environment: On-site (100%)
Managerial Support: You will be guided by Drew Blane, a knowledgeable leader who fosters career growth and maintains an open-door policy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service for our retail parts division.
- Welcome customers and assist them in selecting the appropriate parts.
- Respond to inquiries, offer price estimates, and inform customers about special promotions both in-person and via phone.
- Keep customers updated on the status of special orders and back-ordered items. Process orders, manage billing, and handle returns.
- Deliver exceptional service to our Service department.
- Support mechanics in sourcing parts and securing items from various suppliers for shop tasks.
- Assist in inventory management and control.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
