Electronics Tester

Are you looking to build a rewarding career in manufacturing? Q Microwave is seeking an Electronics Tester to join our team. As an Electronics Tester, you will conduct testing of our products using established test procedures and a variety of test equipment. You'll work under the guidance of more senior personnel to perform basic functions and verify assemblies, contributing to the quality and reliability of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Acceptance Testing by following specified test procedures.
- Test top assemblies with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Review and update test procedures as necessary.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Basic technician training or filter testing experience (1 year preferred).
- Flexibility in work schedules and task assignments; some overtime may be required.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to read and understand basic English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A team player with good communication skills.
Working Conditions:
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs of test equipment with assistance.
- Fast-paced environment with frequent interaction with supervisors.
- Comfortable working on your feet in a production environment.
