Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with logistics provider management tasks, including standard analysis and reporting.
  • Support the development and implementation of process documentation and analytics.
  • Analyze business data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Implement new ideas and challenge yourself to develop new skills.

Requirements

  • Currently working on completion of a bachelor's or master's degree in operations-related field, such as supply chain, international business, or data analytics.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
  • General understanding of supply chain or transportation or logistics.
  • Confident, proactive, and able to produce high-quality deliverables with little direct oversight.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability, with ability to take ownership and demonstrate initiative and follow-up skills.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with ability to handle ambiguity and changing priorities.
  • Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and customer service orientation.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Proficiency with basic computer programs, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PowerBi.
  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience in SAP or other systems a plus.
