We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Hospital Professional to join our team at Petco Gibsonia. As a key member of our veterinary hospital, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and providing a positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care through physical examinations, diagnoses, and treatments.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients undergoing day hospitalization.
  • Perform routine and complex surgical procedures, including spays, neuters, and mass removals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their pets.
  • Collaborate with our veterinary team to ensure seamless patient care and excellent communication.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school.
  • Active licensure as a veterinarian without contingencies in the state of operation.
  • Current DEA license and Controlled Substance License (if applicable).
  • USDA Category I Accreditation or completion within two months of hire date.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
