We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at IsoNova. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day functions in the Warehouse, including tracking and ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Assures product and ingredients are shipped and used on a first-in, first-out basis, and maintains a clean and sanitary warehouse environment.
  • Responsible for maintaining warehouse operations in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, budget, and regulatory requirements.
  • Insures products shipped and received are handled and maintained to comply with FDA Bioterrorism rules.
  • Maintains supply inventories and places orders as necessary to replenish supplies.
  • Strictly follows all safety procedures and wears required personal protective equipment.
  • Management retains the discretion to modify or change these duties at any time.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and understand all shipping manifests, documents, and create Bills of Lading.
  • Requires initiative and a full understanding of HACCP, SMP, and SOP programs.
  • Must work well with people, have a positive attitude, and conduct self in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Must be able to perform heavy lifting, operate a forklift and pallet jack, and meet IsoNova driving requirements.
  • Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 70 lbs.
