BrightStar Care of Stroudsburg and Allentown, PA is seeking compassionate individuals to provide in-home care services to clients in Monroe/Lehigh/Carbon counties. As a caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide various personal care services as necessary to meet the client's or patient's needs
- Assist with daily tasks, including feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, and providing transportation to doctor appointments and outdoor activities
- Assist clients with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and document observed changes to the Director of Nursing
- Minimum one (1) year of documented caregiver, home care assistance experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to work weekends
- Certified CPR
- Physical and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Licensed driver with insurance and reliable automobile with proof of insurance
- Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Competitive pay starting at $13 - $16 per hour
