As a Bilingual Outside Sales Representative at RSR - Frontier, you will play a pivotal role in connecting communities to the digital infrastructure that drives their success. With a focus on door-to-door solicitation and outbound calling, you will prospect new residential customers and deliver personalized sales proposals that meet their unique needs.

- Acquire new residential customers from assigned leads and territories through door-to-door solicitation and outbound calling
- Analyze and develop personalized sales proposals based on meeting customers' needs
- Actively participate in sales meetings and complete training programs
- Achieve monthly sales quotas and complete administrative tasks related to products sold
- Stay informed about competitors' activities in the assigned territory and inform the manager of any changing competitive pricing programs or marketing directives
- A strong sense of independence and ability to navigate assigned territories with minimal supervision
- A drive and persistent personality to prospect customers confidently and professionally
- A valid driver's license, car insurance, and satisfactory driving record
- Familiarity with computer operating systems, software applications, and communication devices
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to maximize customer contact
