Customer Service Representative First Shift

This is a full-time position that requires working one weekend day. Shifts are 4am-12pm, 6am-2pm, and/or 7am-3pm.
Key Responsibilities- Member Services: Greet members, prospective members, and guests by providing exceptional customer service, handle front desk activities, and assist callers with various questions.
- Account Management: Facilitate updates to member accounts, respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner, and escalate issues to the Assistant Club Manager as needed.
- Club Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club, monitor for safety and cleanliness, and thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floors.
- Reporting and Communication: Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager and follow the Lost and Found Policy.
- Customer Service Background: Preferred
- Basic Computer Proficiency: Required
- Passion for Fitness and Health: Essential
- Punctuality and Reliability: Must
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Able to interact positively and professionally with members and coworkers
- Strong Listening and Problem-Solving Skills: Diplomatic and empathetic
- High School Diploma/GED Equivalent: Preferred
- Age Requirement: 18 years or older
- Continual standing and walking during shift
- Continual talking with members and answering incoming membership calls
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces
- Monitoring the club and assisting members
Compensation: $13.00 per hour
