Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Job:

As a Residential Property Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of residential properties, identifying potential issues, and providing recommendations for repair or maintenance.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct visual inspections of residential properties to identify potential defects and safety hazards
* Evaluate the condition of major systems and components, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and roofing
* Document findings and provide detailed reports to clients
* Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
