We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Fitness Sales Representative to join our team at Workout Anytime. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new club memberships and revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas of 50 new club memberships within 60 days
  • Call all leads within two days and convert 30% into appointments
  • Effectively plan each sales day, including identifying leads, calls, and goals
  • Conduct effective club tours, presenting the club's product line as a solution to customers' needs
  • Become a product expert, learning all aspects of the club's programs and services
  • Work with the team to provide excellent customer service and implement local marketing initiatives
Requirements:
  • Visit each club in the region a minimum of once per quarter
  • Conduct phone meetings with each club in the region a minimum of once per week
  • Deep understanding of Workout Anytime business systems, including ABC DatatTrak and ABC Club Reporting System
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • A team player with the ability to work within the organization to achieve company objectives
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to sell and train others to sell
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and demands
  • Flexibility in response to unexpected changes in work assignments
  • Effective interaction and communication with individuals at all levels of the organization and members
  • Knowledge of office administrative procedures
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
