Job Summary:

We are seeking a full-time mental health therapist to provide family- and community-based therapy in our Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST) program. The successful candidate will work with youth ages 12 to 17 who display serious antisocial behaviors and are at-risk of placement out of the home.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of 4-5 families, providing direct care to each family at least three times per week.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans for each case, with ongoing assessments and reviews of treatment progress.
  • Maintain high accessibility to clients, with a flexible schedule based on clients' availability.
  • Provide clear, timely, and specific documentation of all sessions.
  • Engage in individual and group clinical supervision specific to MST duties and overall professional development.
  • Develop strong community relationships and resources to provide families as part of treatment.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in the social services field with one year of experience in clinical counseling preferred.
  • Experience providing family therapy or MST services is a major plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish-speaking) therapist is a major plus.

Compensation: $47,000 to $56,000 DOE
