Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Event Ambassador to join our team at our Kirkwood location. As an Event Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating a unique and engaging store experience for our customers, while also driving sales and promoting our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Engage Customers: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for our guests, setting the tone for a positive and memorable store visit.
  • Suggestive Selling: Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, using this knowledge to make personalized product recommendations and drive sales.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, ensuring that our merchandise is displayed in a way that showcases our brand's aesthetic and style.
  • Inventory Management: Replenish sales floor stock as needed, ensuring that our customers have access to the products they want to purchase.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to our high standards for quality and presentation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team to achieve sales goals and promote a positive and supportive store culture.
Requirements
  • 1+ Years of Retail Experience: Proven track record of success in a retail sales environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and sales techniques.
  • Fashion Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the fashion industry and a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest trends and styles.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Shopify and Shopify POS, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Availability: Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week and the ability to work additional hours during peak business periods.
