Job Overview

The Normal Brand is a rapidly expanding clothing company that specializes in selling apparel and accessories through online platforms and a network of retail locations across the United States. We are currently seeking a dedicated, personable, and goal-driven Event Ambassador for our Kirkwood store. Each retail environment is crafted to provide a unique shopping experience, where maintaining a clean, energetic, and enjoyable atmosphere is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Our mission is to enhance customers' experiences, promote our clothing line, and foster a fun shopping atmosphere.
  • Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and a genuine smile.
  • Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Restock merchandise on the sales floor as necessary.
  • Ensure the store and products meet The Normal Brand's high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Encourage respectful communication within the team and with customers.
  • Uphold a safe and tidy environment for both customers and staff.

Qualifications that Set You Apart

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail.
  • Background in the fashion or apparel sector.
  • A genuine passion for customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with Shopify and Shopify POS systems.
  • Strong ethical standards and integrity.
  • Excellent sense of style and fashion.
  • Self-awareness and personal development.
