Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced RN-House Supervisor to join our team at Charter House, a senior living and continuing care retirement community. In this role, you will oversee the delivery of direct resident care and supervise professional and ancillary nursing personnel to ensure the highest level of care.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and plan resident care needs in collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
  • Supervise and direct professional and ancillary nursing personnel to ensure high-quality care
  • Coordinate staffing assignments and adjustments to meet resident needs
  • Support staff nurses in acute resident situations, including falls, hospital transfers, and deaths

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current Minnesota RN license or equivalent
  • One year of work experience in Long Term Care or Home Health, or two years of acute care nursing preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $33.09 - $48.47 per hour, based on location and experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance and retirement plans, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for ongoing education and development.
