Residential Program Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caregiver Instructor to join our team at Community Residences. As a key member of our residential program, you will work closely with clients to develop personalized plans of care and provide support in daily living activities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized plans of care that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Provide guidance and training on daily living skills, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household management.
- Monitor and report any changes or concerns in client behavior or health status.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and participate in regular review meetings.
- A minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- A valid driver's license and good driving record required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
