Fiscal Support Supervisor Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Fiscal Support Supervisor to join our team at the Arkansas Government Job. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for supervising the activities of fiscal support personnel and ensuring the accurate processing of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct the work of fiscal support personnel to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
  • Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in financial operations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations and effective use of resources.
  • Provide training and guidance to fiscal support personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in general business, business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • One year of fiscal related experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
