Role Summary:

We are in search of a dedicated Robotics Field Service Specialist to join our team in the Reno, Nevada area. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective deployment, maintenance, and oversight of our robotic systems. As a Robotics Field Service Specialist, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal engineering teams to guarantee the seamless operation of our robotic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients during the implementation and post-implementation phases of our products.
  • Support sales teams by conducting on-site demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Monitor the performance of client robot fleets to ensure they operate at peak efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively, delivering timely solutions to reduce client downtime.
  • Document operational metrics and create reports to assess performance.
  • Provide insights to internal teams regarding client requirements, product functionality, and potential enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree, technical certification, or relevant experience in mechanical, electrical, or software disciplines is advantageous.
  • Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to work autonomously and adapt to evolving circumstances.
  • Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, or software systems, acquired through professional experience or educational training.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in dynamic operational settings.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
  • Ability to troubleshoot independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Valid driving record and dependable transportation for job-related travel.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits (approximately 20% regional travel).
