We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Laboratory Supervisor to join our team at Texas Health Dallas. As a Clinical Laboratory Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our laboratory department, ensuring that our patients receive high-quality care and accurate test results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee work schedules and personnel assignments for the department
- Assist in investigation of corrected and situation reports when required
- Coordinate evaluation of new techniques and procedures in the laboratory
- Check and investigate specimens not collected/received on the outstanding tests list
Requirements:
- H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required
- 5 Years Experience as a phlebotomist and specimen processing Required
- 2 Years Leadership Experience Preferred
- PBT(ASCP) - Phlebotomy Technician Upon Hire Preferred
