Clinical Laboratory Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Laboratory Supervisor to join our team at Texas Health Dallas. As a Clinical Laboratory Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our laboratory department, ensuring that our patients receive high-quality care and accurate test results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee work schedules and personnel assignments for the department
  • Assist in investigation of corrected and situation reports when required
  • Coordinate evaluation of new techniques and procedures in the laboratory
  • Check and investigate specimens not collected/received on the outstanding tests list

Requirements:

  • H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • 5 Years Experience as a phlebotomist and specimen processing Required
  • 2 Years Leadership Experience Preferred
  • PBT(ASCP) - Phlebotomy Technician Upon Hire Preferred
