As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and managing field staff, building and maintaining schedules, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage field staff to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Build and maintain schedules, managing changes with minimal notice
  • Communicate and document schedule changes, incidents, and encounters promptly and accurately
  • Select caregivers for clients based on care plans, skills, availability, and attributes
  • Provide excellent customer service, compassion, and professionalism in all interactions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with caregivers to foster their capacity to provide exceptional care
  • Participate in on-call rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Work collaboratively with Corporate Operations to ensure accuracy of details for payroll, billing, and HR-related issues
  • Track and report call-outs, concerns, and inappropriate behavior in a timely manner
  • Assist with interviewing and hiring caregivers
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of experience in an office environment; home health care experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Comfortable using Microsoft-based computer applications and internal databases
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships and communication with stakeholders, colleagues, and field staff
  • Maintain confidentiality with employee and client information
  • Professional attitude, demeanor, and dress
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and desire to be an effective team member
  • Cognitive skills related to the position
  • Reliable internet service at home when required
