About the Role: In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of custodial staff to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and maintenance standards are met throughout the zoo's facilities. You will also engage with guests, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to creating a welcoming environment for all visitors. Key responsibilities include:

  • • Maintaining high-quality cleanliness standards in all areas of the zoo.
       • Coordinating daily activities of the team, mentoring staff members as needed.
       • Conducting training sessions to ensure staff meet required standards.
       • Performing shift work to maintain indoor and outdoor areas, including restrooms, meeting spaces, and park pathways.
       • Assisting with event setup and takedown, ensuring seamless execution.
       • Providing information about zoo events, animal exhibits, and general attractions to guests.
       • Managing crowds, customer activities, and overall safety within the zoo premises.
