Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-Construction Deliverables: Review, track, process, and distribute Pre-Construction Deliverables, submittals, RFI's, RFC's, design submittals, shop drawings, product data, and work plans.
  • Submittal Review: Review submittals, deliverables, and other construction documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Progress Reporting: Report on progress of submittals, RFI, and design submittal reviews at progress meetings.
  • Spreadsheet Management: Develop and maintain spreadsheets and logs and update all construction prerequisites in Smartsheets.
  • Document Management: Maintain a set of progress prints of all drawings and specifications that include but are not limited to scope and contract drawings, design progress drawings, AFC drawings, shop drawings, contract specifications, and AFC specifications.
  • Third-Party Coordination: Request from third parties and subcontractors work plans, drawings, safety guidelines, maintenance requirements, training requirements, specifications, estimates, and operational needs.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Analyze data, specifications, and drawings/blueprints. Assist in monitoring work for compliance with schedule, budget, and technical requirements.
  • Reporting and Correspondence: Prepare reports, fact sheets, and correspondence. Assist in coordinating services with outside agencies.
  • Project File Management: Maintain project files and records. Interpret contract specifications.
  • Field Meetings: Attend Field Meetings and Field Pre-Construction Meetings.
Requirements
  • Experience: Approximately two (2) years of experience working on mid to large construction projects.
  • Design-Build Experience: Work on Design-Build projects is desirable.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management or 5 years of experience as a Project Administrator.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $62,400-$93,600. This will be dependent on the experience and expertise of the incoming candidate.
