Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team at Freedom Behavioral Hospital of Bastrop. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for implementing and supervising social service interventions to patients.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience caring for adolescent patients and a strong understanding of a wide range of disorders, including cognitive, emotional, and developmental, social and behavioral.

Responsibilities will include conducting therapy groups, completing assessments, communicating with family members, and participating in staffing with the treatment team as needed.

You will also be responsible for performing crisis intervention, special case conferences, and communication with outside agencies to ensure that patient rights, care, and needs are met.
