Mental Health Center Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Center Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional mental health services to our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective mental health programs and services
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of various disciplines and support staff
  • Determine organizational requirements and develop budget requests
  • Monitor expenditures and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Provide case supervision and coordinate services with volunteer and/or self-help groups

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in psychology, social work, sociology, counseling, health services, or a related field
  • Three years of professional level experience providing health services, mental health treatment, social services, or guidance and counseling
  • Experience in managing outpatient clinics and working with various insurance providers
  • Strong networking and partnership-building skills
  • Familiarity with Integrated Care and experience managing multiple programs
