Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering a warm welcome and positive experience to our guests.
  • Processing cake orders received through various channels, including online and in-person.
  • Overseeing the inventory of cakes and icing supplies.
  • Maintaining the cake decorating area, ensuring all sanitation protocols are followed.
  • Decorating cakes in accordance with Baskin Robbins' design standards.
  • Fostering a collaborative and friendly environment with guests and team members.
  • Arranging product displays to meet quality and merchandising guidelines.
  • Assisting in other areas of the establishment as needed.

Qualifications

  • Preferred experience of 1+ years in cake decoration.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
