Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for a variety of devices, including laptops, mobile gadgets, printers, and other peripherals, both on-site and remotely.
  • Resolve support inquiries promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Install and set up software applications for workstation deployment.
  • Assist in managing user accounts, including email, group memberships, and drive mappings.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts on software updates and network security initiatives, identifying issues and researching solutions.
  • Contribute to the documentation and maintenance of departmental Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Perform imaging, repairs, and maintenance on desktops and mobile devices.
  • Manage IT asset distribution, including the packaging and shipping of hardware.
  • Coordinate warranty repairs with vendors and shipping services.
  • Oversee inventory management of equipment and supplies.
  • Carry out additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in supporting Windows Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10/11).
  • Strong knowledge of desktop, laptop, and mobile hardware support.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts, including DNS and DHCP.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in communication and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience in a dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Reliable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred:

  • CompTIA A+ Certification or similar credentials.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $37,500 - $66,300, reflecting the potential earnings throughout the role's duration.
