The Chief of Medical Health Services Director will oversee a Pennant-affiliated company, preparing them for an executive Director position.

This role is a full-time, paid executive training program, with hands-on training in all roles within an operation, shadowing clinicians, administrative staff, and independent study of regulations and specific curriculum.

The Director will meet with their preceptor weekly to review progress, attend quarterly Boot Camp training, and engage in weekly New Leader phone calls.

Key responsibilities include financial controls, clinical controls, representation in the community, and earning business.
