About the Job

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in their homes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct home visits to assess and develop individualized care plans for clients.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate client mobility and function.
  • Develop and implement manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions to promote client independence and safety.
  • Educate and instruct clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities to promote healthy living.
  • Accurately document client care management and services provided.
Requirements
  • A current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) are preferred.
