About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Director to lead our team in designing and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our portfolio of products. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving customer-centricity and transforming our customer experience (CX) for all Dodge products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of engaging, positive, and frictionless customer experiences across our products
  • Utilize a customer experience framework to move through each phase of the customer journey for each product, defining current state, ideal state, and launching new experiences
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM Leadership to design experiences that uplift our customers and drive internal team pride
  • Continuously optimize and improve the customer journey based on data, customer feedback, and business results
  • Own the Voice of the Customer program and evangelize customer feedback and sentiment across the organization
  • Lead team responsible for prospect and customer communications, driving campaign strategy, timing, messaging, and audiences
  • Drive a customer-centric culture across the organization, fostering collaboration at all levels
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in Customer Experience and/or Marketing, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment
  • 4+ years of experience leading a Marketing team and managing projects with direct supervisory responsibility for team members
  • Ability to craft an effective creative brief and provide design and copy direction
  • Working knowledge of Analytics tools and Martech, including ESPs
  • Excellent communication, presentation, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to communicate complex information and processes in a streamlined, easy-to-understand fashion
  • Ability to use data to drive decisions and communicate outcomes and opportunities
  • Expert proficiency with software, including MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
  • Proficient knowledge of Project Management principles

Salary Disclosure

Base Salary Range: $136,000 - $170,000

This represents the expected salary range for this job description. Final offers may vary based on factors including geography, candidate experience, and expertise.
