Position Overview:

  • Guide students through experiential learning in our medical assistant program.

  • Leverage your clinical expertise to empower students to thrive as entry-level medical assistants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize yourself with the provided curriculum and prepare thoroughly for each session.
  • Showcase medical techniques and support students during hands-on practice.
  • Assess student progress and tailor your teaching methods to their individual needs.
  • Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.
  • Deliver educational content through lectures and practical demonstrations.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the medical assistant field is required.
  • CMA, RMA, or CCMA certifications are strongly preferred.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification is highly desirable.
  • Basic computer proficiency is necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for educating others are essential.
