About the RoleThe Mental Health Clinician will provide person-centered, strengths-based clinical services to a caseload of approximately 25-30 individuals with mental illness and/or substance use. Services include case management, entitlements assistance, counseling, advocacy, referrals, crisis intervention, engagement, monitoring, outreach, psycho-education, and coordination of care with outside service providers.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical services to individuals with mental illness and/or substance use
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with the clinical team to achieve program success
- Participate in program planning, development, and implementation of group services
- Assist in the development and implementation of evidence-based practices
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, public administration, public health, human services, psychology, or a related field
- Relevant pre or post-master's experience preferred
- LMSW or LMHC preferred
